Am I eligible for a payout? A free checklist for every funded account

Prop firms set conditions before a funded payout: a number of days, winning days above a dollar amount, a minimum profit, a consistency limit on your best day, sometimes a buffer that must stay in the account. Payout Eligibility checks your funded account against the rules of the program you bound it to and shows each condition as met, not met or not stated, next to the firm's own published wording and the date we checked it. It is free on every plan.

What Payout Eligibility does

Each condition, checked

Days since the cycle began, trading days, winning days above the firm's dollar threshold, minimum cycle profit, best day versus cycle profit, buffer above the starting balance and the minimum request amount. A check only appears when the firm's rule states it.

The payout cycle restarts with each payout

Record a payout in the fees and payouts ledger and the next cycle starts the following trading day, using the same daily reset time as your account's rules.

Fees and payouts ledger

Rough withdrawable amount

An estimate of what you could request now: balance above the start, minus any buffer, limited by the firm's share or cap, times your profit split. The basis is written under the number.

The firm's own words beside it

Every check sits next to the firm's published payout terms, the date we verified them and a link to the source, so you can confirm before you click request.

Who it's for

  • Funded traders who are not sure whether a payout request will be accepted.
  • Traders with several funded accounts at different firms, each with its own payout rules.
  • Anyone who has lost a payout to a consistency or minimum-days rule they did not track.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your funded account

Create the account, set the phase to funded and bind it to the firm, program and size.

  2. 2

    Get your trades in

Sync with the free extension, NinjaTrader 8 AddOn or MT4/MT5 EA, or import your history.

  3. 3

    Open the account

The Payout eligibility card on the account page shows each check; the Today page flags accounts that are eligible.

  4. 4

    Record the payout

After the firm pays, add it to the ledger so the next cycle starts counting from the right day.

Limits to know before you rely on it

  • The check uses the rules of the program the account is bound to. Rules a firm states in a way that cannot be checked from your trades (for example manual reviews or trading-behaviour rules) show as not stated, with the firm's text underneath.
  • Firms change payout terms. We date every rule set; confirm on the firm's site before requesting.
  • The withdrawable figure is an estimate from your journal's trades and does not include fees or charges your firm or payment provider may take.
  • An unbound account uses only the split and consistency values you entered on the account.

From PropFundHub's verified program files for each firm, built from the firm's own pages with the source links and the date they were checked. Only conditions the firm states plainly become checks.

On the account's start date, and after that on the trading day after the last payout you recorded in the ledger.

The firm's terms do not give that condition as a clear number for this program, so it is not checked. The firm's own wording is shown under the checklist.
