Show your prop trading record with one verified link
Screenshots of payouts are easy to fake, so people stop trusting them. A verified profile shows your record from synced live and funded accounts only: verified payouts, win rate, R and your month-by-month results. Nobody can edit the numbers by hand, and you decide what is public.
How to prove a prop trading record
A record is believable when the trader could not have typed it in. Sync your funded accounts to PropFundHub and the verified profile shows only what arrived through that sync: the accounts, the trades and the payouts. Evaluation phases, manual trades and CSV imports are left out.
The same rules drive the Trader Passport. The verified profile is the public, shareable view of that record.
What a verified profile shows
Verified payouts
Payouts the sync detected, payouts read from the firm's own dashboard, and payouts whose proof PropFundHub reviewed. Count always; amounts if you choose.
Payout trackingLive and funded accounts
Each account's firm, whether it is live or funded, how it syncs and when it last synced. Breached accounts stay in the history, marked.
Trading statistics
Win rate, profit factor, average R per trade and trade count, from verified trades only.
Monthly record
Net R and trades for each of the last twelve months, so a visitor sees the run of results, not one good week.
You choose what is shown
Private until you turn it on. Hide dollar amounts and show counts, percentages and R only, or hide the account list and keep the totals.

What counts as verified
- Live and funded accounts only. Evaluation and challenge phases never count, even when they pass.
- Trades that arrive through a sync PropFundHub runs: the Chrome extension, the NinjaTrader 8 add-on, the MT4/MT5 EA or a broker connection.
- Trades typed in by hand or imported from CSV are left out, also when they sit on a synced account.
- Payouts detected by the sync, shown on the firm's own dashboard, or with proof reviewed by PropFundHub.
- An account with no sync for 3 days stays in the history but no longer counts as syncing now — so a lost account can't keep looking active.
- Nothing the trader writes, such as journal notes, self-ratings or AI insights, appears on the page.
Three steps
- Step 1
Sync a live or funded account
Use the free Chrome extension, the NinjaTrader add-on, the MT4/MT5 EA or a broker connection. Manual entries don't count.
- Step 2
Set up your profile
Pick a link name, a short headline and what to show. Your page stays private until you switch it on.
- Step 3
Share the link
The numbers update with every sync. Nobody, including you, can edit them by hand.
What a verified profile does not tell you
- A verified profile shows what synced to PropFundHub. Trades from accounts or platforms you never connected are not on it.
- Win rate and R are worked out from the trades we receive. If a platform sends trades without a stop, there is no R for them.
- The firm's dashboard check depends on the Chrome extension reading the firm's page while you are signed in there; not every firm is supported.
- Past results do not predict future results. The page is a record, not a recommendation to follow anyone's trades.
