Verified trader profile
One public link with your record from synced live and funded accounts and verified payouts only.
Your verified profile is one public page with your prop trading record, built only from data PropFundHub received through a sync: live and funded accounts, the trades on them and verified payouts. Nothing you type in yourself appears on it, so a visitor can trust it more than a screenshot. It is free on every plan and private until you switch it on.
Set it up
- Sync at least one live or funded account: the Chrome extension, the NinjaTrader 8 add-on, the MT4/MT5 EA or a broker connection in Import & sync.
- Open Verified profile (also from Passport → Verified profile).
- Choose your link name (
app.propfundhub.com/verified/your-name), an optional headline and what to show. - Turn on Public profile and press Save. Copy the link from the Share box.
What counts

| Account | It is live or funded (the firm's own dashboard wins when the extension has read it) and at least one trade on it arrived through a verified sync. |
| Trade | It arrived through a verified sync on a counted account. Manual and CSV trades are left out, also on a synced account. |
| Payout | The sync detected it, the extension read it from the firm's dashboard, or PropFundHub approved the proof you uploaded. |
| Syncing now | A counted account that synced in the last 3 days and is not breached. |
Accounts and payouts that don't count are listed, with the reason, in your private Passport under Not counted. They never appear on the public page.
Your choices
- Public profile: off by default. While it is off, the link answers “Profile not available” to everyone except you.
- Show dollar amounts: off hides payout amounts, account sizes and funded capital. Counts, win rate, profit factor and R stay.
- Show the account list: off hides the per-account rows. The totals still include every verified account.
- Let search engines show it: only works while the page is public and you have at least one verified account.
- Single payouts are listed only when you marked them public in Payouts; the payout count and total include all verified payouts.
Changing the link
You can change the link name at any time. The old link stops working straight away, so update anywhere you posted it.
